Role
We’re hiring a Partner Success Manager to manage and maintain the quality of aircraft listings on SkyAccess.
This role sits at the heart of the marketplace. You are responsible for making sure every flight on SkyAccess is real, accurate, competitive, and easy to book.
You’ll work directly with charter operators after they go live to keep aircraft, pricing, and availability accurate and up-to-date. When something breaks, drifts, or goes stale, you catch it early and fix it fast. You are the reason customers trust the platform and operators see consistent results.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Keeping Listings Accurate
- Make sure operator calendars are syncing correctly
- Fix broken or outdated listings (dead links, missing aircraft, incorrect routes)
- Ensure all aircraft an operator has available are correctly listed on SkyAccess
- Add new aircraft quickly when operators expand their fleet
Making Sure Pricing Stays Correct
- Monitor prices to ensure they reflect real availability and market conditions
- Reach out to operators when prices are off or outdated
- Schedule regular pricing check-ins with operators
- Update pricing rules so listings stay accurate automatically
Managing Ongoing Operator Relationships
- Be the main point of contact for operators after onboarding
- Check in regularly to keep operators engaged and responsive
- Make sure operators keep their availability and details updated
- Reduce operator drop-off by staying proactive
Improving Operator Performance
- Help operators list more aircraft and routes
- Encourage use of SkyAccess features that improve bookings
- Identify high-performing operators and help them grow on the platform
Handling Issues and Escalations
- Resolve problems like broken availability, pricing conflicts, or listing errors
- Coordinate with internal teams when system issues affect listings
- Make sure problems are fixed quickly and don’t happen again
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years in ops, account management, or marketplace support
- Strong attention to detail and comfort running repeat checks weekly
- Clear communication and follow-through
- High ownership mindset: you follow through until it’s done
- Comfort having direct, sometimes corrective conversations
- Ability to juggle multiple accounts and priorities without losing track
Bonus If You Have
- Experience working with charter operators, brokers, or aviation tools
- Familiarity with aircraft fleets, scheduling systems, or pricing models
