Role
We are looking for a Charter Sales Executive to drive revenue on the demand side of the SkyAccess marketplace. This role exists to turn time-sensitive flight inquiries into confirmed bookings while protecting trust, accuracy, and the client experience.
You will own the full client journey, from first conversation to booked flight. This is not a transactional sales role. It is a high-trust, high-pressure seat that requires judgment, composure, and extreme ownership in a fast-moving marketplace.
Responsibilities
- Own the full lifecycle of charter flight requests from inbound inquiry to confirmed booking
- Lead client conversations with confidence, clarity, and control in time-sensitive situations
- Coordinate directly with charter operators to secure aircraft availability, pricing, and timing
- Proactively source and compare alternative aircraft options when availability changes
- Present pricing, aircraft options, and timelines clearly and accurately
- Manage multiple active trip requests simultaneously without dropping details
- Handle last-minute changes, operator delays, and client urgency with composure
- Follow through relentlessly until bookings are confirmed and payments are secured
- Maintain accurate deal documentation in CRM and internal systems
Qualifications
- 2+ years of proven experience closing high-touch sales in time-sensitive environments
- Comfort coordinating multiple parties with competing incentives
- Strong negotiation instincts
- Ability to operate calmly with incomplete information and changing variables
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Clear, confident written and verbal communication
- Strong ownership mindset, you see things through end-to-end
