Shu qaror asosida „Toshkent-Sharqiy“ aerodromi fuqarolik aviatsiyasi uchun moslashtiriladi, uning bazasida oliy darajadagi mehmonlarni kutib olish uchun aviatsiya majmuasi barpo etiladi.
