Marketplace & availability
No FMS? No problem
SkyAccess doesn't require a flight management system. Operators without one can still get up and running:
Calendar export from any system
If your scheduling tool exports a calendar (ICS) URL, paste it into the aircraft calendar field in Fleet — see the Other iCalendar guide above.
Manual fleet setup
Add your aircraft manually through the Fleet page and update availability directly within SkyAccess. No schedule import required.
Import from certificate (D085)
If you have a D085 operating certificate on file, import your tail numbers automatically during registration or from the Fleet page.
Onboarding checklist
- 1Choose a flight management system (or select None and add flights manually).
- 2If using Leon or FL3XX, complete the operator-level connection in Settings → Integrations.
- 3Ensure all aircraft are added to the Fleet (via import or manually).
- 4For each aircraft, open Fleet → Calendar tab and set the feed URL and/or sync toggle.
- 5Click Preview before enabling sync to confirm data looks correct.
- 6Enable sync and save each aircraft.
- 7Confirm sync status in Settings or Fleet — active syncs show a green indicator.
