Airport guide
Hannover Airport (EDDV) sits 7 miles north of central Hannover in Lower Saxony. The two runways (12,470 ft, 7,743 ft) handle every current business jet. Field elevation 183 ft, no density-altitude concerns. Hannover's structural flow is dominated by Hannover Messe (April — the world's largest industrial trade fair, with extreme bizjet ramp pressure for one week each year) and IAA Mobility when hosted (alternating with Frankfurt and Munich). Volkswagen-Wolfsburg flow runs through here, plus the broader Niedersachsen corporate community. Ground time to the Messegelände is 15 minutes; downtown Hannover is 25.
