Airport guide
Wings Field (KLOM) is a small airport in Philadelphia, PA. Pilots and dispatchers reference it by ICAO code KLOM or IATA code BBX. It sits in North America.
Wings Field serves general aviation operators in its area.
The longest runway measures 3,700 ft (1,128 m), a constrained-class field. Representative aircraft that operate comfortably here include the King Air, PC-12, and other short-field turboprops. In practice this restricts most jet operations; turboprops and short-field specialists only.
Wings Field sits near sea level at 302 ft.
Local operations run on America/New_York. Without scheduled airline traffic, the field tends to be quieter and more flexible for charter and corporate operations — a useful characteristic for early morning, late night, or short-notice flights that would be impractical at a hub.
SkyAccess currently tracks 1 departing and 1 arriving private-jet legs at KLOM across the next six months of operator inventory. 3 aircraft from 2 operators are based here or fly through regularly, so most empty-leg supply originates from a local fleet rather than out-of-town repositioning.
