Airport guide
Corfu International Airport (LGKR) sits 1 mile south of Corfu town, Greece, in the Ionian Sea. The single 7,710 ft runway handles every current business jet. Field elevation 6 ft, no density-altitude concerns. Corfu is a structural Ionian leisure destination — Grecotel, Marbella Corfu, plus the broader Kassiopi / Sidari hotel corridor. The surrounding terrain makes the LGKR approach scenic but operationally demanding. Ground time to downtown Corfu is 5 minutes; Kassiopi north-coast luxury is 45.
