Star Fly Havacilik A.S — Private Jet Charter (Bakırköy, Istanbul (ISL))

Star Fly Havacilik A.S is a certified charter operator whose empty leg flights appear on SkyAccess for travelers chasing one-way charter value. As a Turkish aviation company (the "Havacilik A.S" name marks it as a Turkey-registered joint-stock business), it operates under Turkey / EASA air-operator rules, and empty legs arise when its aircraft reposition between booked trips.

Like most boutique charter houses, Star Fly built its name on point-to-point business and leisure flying rather than scheduled service. The discounted one-way segments it posts are simply the return or repositioning portions of trips already on its schedule, which is exactly what makes them good value.

Its empty leg deals tend to connect the markets its fleet already works across Turkey and the wider region, so flexible travelers who match an existing one-way segment capture the deepest savings. The same certified operation that flies a full-fare charter also flies the discounted repositioning leg, so the standards do not change with the price.
