Nantucket Memorial FBO and a couple of operator-specific handlers cover the ramp. Field elevation is 48 feet, no density-altitude concerns. The dominant operational considerations are summer thunderstorms and persistent coastal fog that can drive multi-hour ground holds and visual-only approaches (the field is fog-prone on summer mornings), plus the structural summer ramp pressure that requires advance FBO slot booking. Hurricane season (June through October) is the secondary weather risk. Ground time to downtown Nantucket is 5 minutes; the beaches are 5–15.

Nantucket Memorial Airport is a public airport on the south side of the island of Nantucket, Massachusetts, United States. It is owned by the Town of Nantucket and is located three miles (5 km) southeast of the town center. It is the second-busiest airport in the state, after Logan International Airport, due to intense corporate travel to and from the island in the high season.
