Geneva and Switzerland Empty Leg Index: October 2026
Geneva is Switzerland’s busiest airport for private jet empty legs: 7,052 of the 18,981 unique empty legs that SkyAccess listed at Swiss airports touched Geneva, ahead of Zurich (4,813), Sion (1,751) and Samedan (1,594). Geneva’s top counterpart is Paris (781 legs), followed by London (614) and Nice (546).
Method: each leg is counted once, both directions of a route are combined, and the figures are empty legs listed on the SkyAccess marketplace, not flown flights. Window: departures from 2 October 2025 to 2 October 2026 plus currently listed future flights, snapshot taken 2 October 2026.

Methodology
Switzerland means every airport located in Switzerland. Basel-Mulhouse (EuroAirport, LFSB) is on French soil, so it appears as Basel in the airport table but is not in the Switzerland total; including it, the total is 19,701. Counterpart cities group airports the way a traveler would search: Paris is Le Bourget, Charles de Gaulle and Orly, London is the eight London airports, and Milan is Linate and Malpensa. Each unique leg is counted once across operator feeds (same origin, destination, departure time, aircraft registration and model), deleted, cancelled and never-public listings are excluded, and both directions are combined. Every figure on this page was checked with a second, independent query. The counts are listed empty legs, not flown flights. Each regional edition uses its own snapshot date, so a corridor shared with another edition can differ by a few legs. For the global ranking, see the Empty Leg Index (September 2026 edition) and the October 2026 edition.
