The HondaJet Elite S is the newest addition to Honda Aircraft Company's line of light jets. It was introduced to the public on May 26, 2021, through Honda's first virtual product launch. Two GE Honda HF120 engines power the HondaJet Elite S with 2050 lbs of thrust, providing up to 120 nm more of range. Other upgrades are included in the design to expand operational capability and improve flight operation. The carbon composite fuselage is lighter than the aluminum airframe of other models of the light jet class, allowing for higher flying and fuel conserving. The cockpit features Garmin G3000 and avionics include FAA DataComm, COM3, and ACARS. The interior can be configured in various ways to best suit the buyer and feature a Bongiovi Aviation Sound System, two-toned, executive leather seats, a fully enclosed lavatory, and fold-out tables. The HondaJet Elite S was also introduced with a special paint scheme to represent the company's commitment to research and development of leading-edge technology.
