Airplane Manager
Calendar URL (ICS)Syncs every 15 min
Airplane Manager connects through its calendar feed (iCal) URL. You set up a calendar profile with the flights you want SkyAccess to see, then copy the feed URL.
SkyAccess recognises Airplane Manager feeds automatically — no field mapping needed — and refreshes every 15 minutes.
How to connect Airplane Manager
Connection method: Calendar URL (ICS) — copied from Airplane Manager.
What you'll need
- The Airplane Manager calendar feed URL for each aircraft.
Find the URL and add per aircraft in Fleet
- 1In Airplane Manager, open the Calendar and find the calendar feed (iCal) option. Set up a calendar profile that includes the flights you want SkyAccess to see, then copy the feed URL — it ends in /cal.ics and looks like corp.airplanemanager.com/calendarfeeds/u/…/cal.ics. If you can't find it, Airplane Manager support can generate the feed URL for you.
- 2Open Fleet and click the aircraft.
- 3Go to the Calendar tab and paste the URL into the Availability Feed URL field.
- 4Click Preview to confirm events are loading.
- 5Turn on Enable Calendar Sync and click Save.
- 6Repeat for each aircraft.
Airplane Manager feeds are recognised automatically — no custom mapping required. Calendars sync every 15 minutes.
