JetInsight
Calendar URL (ICS)Syncs every 15 min
JetInsight connects through its iCalendar (ICS) calendar feed. You copy one feed link from JetInsight and paste it into SkyAccess — no API keys or developer setup.
A single link covers every aircraft on your certificate; SkyAccess pulls each tail's flights from it automatically and refreshes every 15 minutes.
How to connect JetInsight
Connection method: Calendar URL (ICS) — copied from JetInsight. One link covers your entire fleet.
What you'll need
- A JetInsight login with admin access — required to create a calendar feed.
- Your JetInsight calendar feed URL — a single link covers your entire fleet.
Setting Up Your JetInsight Calendar Feed
- 1Log into JetInsight with admin access.
- 2Click Settings.
- 3In the left-hand sidebar, open Calendar Feeds.
- 4Create a new calendar feed and label it SkyAccess.
- 5Select your fleet.
- 6Scroll down and check the white box to hide your client's information.
- 7Scroll back to the top and click Update.
- 8Your .ics URL will now appear — copy it and paste into SkyAccess to share your feed.
Use the Calendar Feed link, not your website calendar widget. Links starting with client.jetinsight.com/embed/… are the public website embed and will not sync.
Connect during registration
- 1In the registration flow, open Sync your schedule.
- 2Select JetInsight.
- 3Paste the URL when prompted, then continue with registration.
Add per aircraft in Fleet
- 1Open Fleet and click the aircraft.
- 2Go to the Calendar tab.
- 3Paste the URL into the Availability Feed URL field. Use the same fleet-wide link for every aircraft — SkyAccess pulls each tail's flights from it automatically.
- 4Click Preview to confirm events are loading correctly.
- 5Turn on Enable Calendar Sync and click Save.
- 6Repeat for each aircraft using a JetInsight calendar (same URL each time).
JetInsight calendars sync automatically every 15 minutes.
Open JetInsightFrequently asked questions
- Where do I find my JetInsight calendar feed URL?
- Log into JetInsight with admin access and open Settings → Calendar Feeds. Create a new feed labeled SkyAccess, select your fleet, check the box to hide client information, then click Update. Copy the .ics URL that appears. Don't use the client.jetinsight.com/embed link — that's the public website widget and won't sync.
- Do I have to set up each aircraft separately?
- You add the feed on each aircraft's Calendar tab, but it's the same fleet-wide link every time — SkyAccess pulls each tail's flights from the one URL automatically.
