Level Flight
Level Flight connects to SkyAccess through its API. You request API access from Level Flight, then paste your operation ID and API key into SkyAccess once.
After the credentials are tested and saved, SkyAccess reads your Level Flight schedule directly for every aircraft you enable and keeps availability and empty legs in sync every 10 minutes — including trip notes and owner-flight context that a calendar feed cannot carry.
How to connect Level Flight
Connection method: API — operation ID + API key requested directly from Level Flight.
What you'll need
- API access for your Level Flight operation — request it by emailing helpdesk@levelflight.com (SkyAccess pre-fills the request).
- Your Level Flight operation ID and API key from that reply.
Request API access during registration
- 1In the registration flow, open Sync your schedule.
- 2Select Level Flight.
- 3Use the email draft provided to request API access from Level Flight (helpdesk@levelflight.com).
- 4Continue and finish registration — you can add the credentials later once Level Flight delivers them.
Connect once you have your credentials
- 1Go to Settings → Integrations → Level Flight.
- 2Paste your operation ID and API key.
- 3Click Test Connection to verify the credentials, then Connect Level Flight.
- 4SkyAccess matches your Level Flight aircraft to your fleet by tail number and adds any tails that are missing.
- 5Open Fleet, click each aircraft, and on the Calendar tab turn on Enable Level Flight Sync.
- 6Optionally click Preview to confirm the upcoming legs, then save the aircraft.

Frequently asked questions
- How do I get Level Flight API access?
- Email Level Flight's helpdesk at helpdesk@levelflight.com and ask for API access for your operation — SkyAccess pre-fills the request. They reply with your operation ID and API key, which you paste into Settings → Integrations → Level Flight.
- Can I still use the per-aircraft calendar link?
- Yes. The iCal link Level Flight generates per tail keeps working through the Level Flight tile on the aircraft's Calendar tab. The API connection is fleet-wide, carries trip notes and owner-flight context, and is the recommended path.
