Level Flight
Calendar URL (ICS)Syncs every 15 min
Level Flight connects through per-tail iCalendar (ICS) links you generate inside Level Flight. Each aircraft gets its own calendar link.
Paste each tail's link into its aircraft in Fleet and SkyAccess refreshes availability and empty legs every 15 minutes.
How to connect Level Flight
Connection method: Calendar URL (ICS) — generated per aircraft in Level Flight (one link per tail).
What you'll need
- A Level Flight login with the Ops Control or Primary Admin role — only these roles can create calendar links.
- A calendar link generated for each aircraft (Level Flight links are per tail).
Find the URL in Level Flight
- 1Log in to Level Flight.
- 2From the main menu, click Aircraft.
- 3Click the tail number you want to connect.
- 4Open the Calendar Links tab.
- 5Click the Add icon to create a new link, enter a note so you know what it's for (e.g. "SkyAccess"), and click Save.
- 6The new link appears in the list — copy it. The URL looks like rest.levelflight.com/operation/…/aircraft/…/calendar.
Copy the calendar link itself, not the Level Flight help page. URLs containing levelflight.atlassian.net are the help article and will not sync. Deleting a calendar link in Level Flight revokes access — keep the SkyAccess link in place.
Connect during registration
- 1In the registration flow, open Sync your schedule.
- 2Select Level Flight. If it isn't listed, select Other iCalendar (ICS).
- 3Paste the URL when prompted, then continue with registration.
Add per aircraft in Fleet
- 1Open Fleet and click the aircraft.
- 2Go to the Calendar tab.
- 3Paste the URL into the Availability Feed URL field.
- 4Click Preview to confirm events are loading correctly.
- 5Turn on Enable Calendar Sync and click Save.
- 6Repeat for each aircraft — every tail needs its own Level Flight calendar link.
Level Flight calendars sync automatically every 15 minutes.

Frequently asked questions
- Why do I need an Ops Control or Primary Admin role?
- In Level Flight, only the Ops Control and Primary Admin roles can create calendar links. If you don't have one of those roles, ask a colleague who does to generate the links.
- Do I need a separate link for each aircraft?
- Yes. Level Flight calendar links are per tail, so you generate one link per aircraft and paste each into its own aircraft in Fleet.
