Calendar URL (ICS)Syncs every 15 min
Avianis connects through an iCalendar (ICS) link generated from a Saved Search on the Schedule Board. The feed contains exactly what the Saved Search shows.
Paste the link into SkyAccess and it refreshes availability and empty legs every 15 minutes, covering the previous 60 days and everything in the future.

How to connect Avianis
Connection method: Calendar URL (ICS) — copied from a Saved Search in Avianis.
What you'll need
- The iCalendar (ICS) link for the aircraft you want to share, from Avianis.
Sharing Your Avianis Calendar with SkyAccess
- 1Open the Schedule Board.
- 2In the search dropdown, select an existing search or create a new one that shows the flights/availability you want SkyAccess to see. Tip: build a search scoped to the fleet and events relevant to empty legs, so we only receive what you intend to share.
- 3To adjust it, click the filter/template icon to edit the filters and template.
- 4Once the search is set, click the icon again and select Save/Share.
- 5Click the iCal Link button to open the Manage Saved Searches page, find your search by name, and copy its link.
- 6Send that link to your SkyAccess contact. We'll subscribe to it so your schedule syncs to us automatically.
- Note: the link is a snapshot of the search at the moment you share it — if you later change the search and want us to see the update, generate a fresh link and resend it.
Any Schedule Board user can generate the link — no special role required. The link starts with ical.avianis.com. Don't delete the Saved Search afterward, or the feed stops. The feed covers the previous 60 days and everything in the future.
Connect during registration
- 1In the registration flow, open Sync your schedule.
- 2Select Avianis.
- 3Paste the URL when prompted, then continue with registration.
Add per aircraft in Fleet
- 1Open Fleet and click the aircraft.
- 2Go to the Calendar tab.
- 3Paste the URL into the Availability Feed URL field.
- 4Click Preview to confirm events are loading correctly.
- 5Turn on Enable Calendar Sync and click Save.
- 6Repeat for each aircraft.

Frequently asked questions
- Where do I find my Avianis iCal link?
- On the Avianis Schedule Board, select or create a search that shows what you want to share, use the filter/template icon to adjust it if needed, then click the icon → Save/Share → iCal Link and copy the link (it starts with ical.avianis.com) from the Manage Saved Searches page.
- What happens if I change my Saved Search?
- The iCal link is locked to the Saved Search as it was when the link was created — later filter changes don't flow through. Generate a new link and update it in SkyAccess. Don't delete the Saved Search, or the feed stops.
