FL3XX connects to SkyAccess with an API key issued by the FL3XX integrations team. You request the key by email, then paste it into SkyAccess once.

After the key is saved and tested, SkyAccess reads your FL3XX schedule directly and keeps availability and empty legs in sync every 5 minutes.

How to connect FL3XX

What you'll need

Whether your operation is US-based or international.

Request your key during registration

1In the registration flow, open Sync your schedule.
2Select FL3XX.
3Use the email draft provided to request your API key from FL3XX (integrations@fl3xx.com).
4Continue and finish registration — you can add the key later once FL3XX delivers it.

Connect once you have your key

1Go to Settings → Integrations → FL3XX Integration.
2Paste your API key into the field.
3Click Test Connection to verify the key is valid.
4Set the US-Based Operator toggle correctly for your region.
5Turn on Automatic Sync and click Save.
6Open Fleet and click each aircraft.
7Go to the Calendar tab and turn on Enable FL3XX Sync.
8Optionally click Preview FL3XX Empty Legs to confirm data is showing, then save the aircraft.
9Repeat for every aircraft you want to sync.

FL3XX syncs automatically every 5 minutes once enabled per aircraft. Your API key is stored securely and masked after saving.
