Leon connects to SkyAccess through OAuth single sign-on — there are no URLs to copy or API keys to manage. You authorize SkyAccess once from inside Leon and the connection stays live.

Once authorized, SkyAccess pulls your schedule directly from Leon and keeps your availability and empty legs in sync every 5 minutes.

How to connect Leon

Connection method: OAuth single sign-on — authorise SkyAccess directly from your Leon account.

What you'll need

Your Leon operator ID — the subdomain of your Leon URL (if you log in at yourcompany.leon.aero, your operator ID is yourcompany).
Access to your Leon account to approve the connection.

Connect during registration

1In the registration flow, open Sync your schedule.
2Select Leon.
3Enter your Leon operator ID.
4Click Connect Leon.
5You're redirected to Leon — approve the connection when prompted.
6Return to SkyAccess and finish the rest of registration.

Connect on an existing account

1Go to Settings → Integrations.
2In the Leon Integration section, enter your Leon operator ID.
3Click Connect to Leon — you're redirected to Leon to approve access.
4When approving, View aircraft routes is required. Enable Leon quote requests is optional.
5Once connected, click Preview Empty Legs to confirm data is flowing correctly.
6Open Fleet and click each aircraft.
7Go to the Calendar tab and turn on Enable Leon Sync, then save the aircraft.
8Repeat for every aircraft you want to sync.

Leon syncs automatically every 5 minutes once enabled per aircraft.
