Schedaero
Calendar URL (ICS)Syncs every 15 min
Schedaero connects through an iCalendar (ICS) URL exported from a custom calendar. You can create as many custom calendars as you need — one per aircraft works best.
Paste the exported URL into SkyAccess and it refreshes availability and empty legs every 15 minutes.
How to connect Schedaero
Connection method: Calendar URL (ICS) — exported from a custom calendar in Schedaero.
What you'll need
- The iCalendar (ICS) URL for the aircraft you want to share, from Schedaero.
Sharing Your Schedaero (Avinode) Calendar with SkyAccess
- 1Log into Schedaero and create a new custom calendar (or select an existing one) that shows the schedule you want SkyAccess to see. Consider a dedicated calendar scoped to the fleet/events relevant to empty legs.
- 2Click Edit Calendar on the right.
- 3Select your display preferences — control exactly what information appears on the feed.
- 4Click Save to generate the calendar URL, then copy it.
- 5Send that URL to your SkyAccess contact. We'll subscribe to it so your schedule syncs to us automatically — no login access to your Schedaero account required.
- This feed gives us read-only visibility (we can see the schedule, not edit anything), and it can be revoked anytime by deleting the calendar or its link.
The exported URL starts with schedaero.avinode.com/mvc/api/calendar/export. You can create as many custom calendars as you need — one per aircraft works best.
Connect during registration
