Good to know before you start

• •It's read-only and one-way. We can see your schedule; we can never edit it, and you never see ours.
• •It updates automatically. Once connected, changes in FOS flow to us on a refresh cycle — no need to re-send anything.
• •Share only what you want. If you'd rather not expose your full schedule, see "Only want to share certain flights?" at the end.

Part 1 — Send your FOS schedule to Apple Calendar

1. 1Open the ARINC FOS app on your Apple device.
2. 2Go into the app's settings and turn on iCalendar Sync (this pushes your FOS schedule into your iCloud calendar).
3. 3Make sure your device is signed in to iCloud and that Calendar is enabled for iCloud (Settings → your name → iCloud → turn on Calendars).
4. 4Open the Apple Calendar app and confirm your FOS schedule now appears as a calendar. It may be named after FOS or your operation.

• •Done with this part when: your FOS flights show up in Apple Calendar.

Part 2 — Turn that calendar into a shareable link

The easiest place to do this is on the web at iCloud.com (you can also do it in the Calendar app on a Mac).

1. 1In a web browser, go to iCloud.com/calendar and sign in with your Apple ID.
2. 2Find your FOS calendar in the list on the left.
3. 3Hover over it and click the share icon (the little person / broadcast icon) next to its name.
4. 4Turn on Public Calendar. A link beginning with webcal:// will appear.
5. 5Click Copy Link.

• •Done with this part when: you have a webcal:// link copied to your clipboard.

Prefer Google Calendar? (optional)

FOS syncs to Apple Calendar, not directly to Google. But once you have the public link above, you can also view your schedule in Google Calendar by subscribing to that same link:

1. 1In Google Calendar (web), click the + next to "Other calendars," choose From URL, paste the link, and click Add calendar.

Part 3 — Send it to us

Paste the link into an email or message to your SkyAccess contact. That's it — we'll connect it on our end, and your availability will keep updating automatically.

Only want to share certain flights?

A standard feed shares your whole schedule. If you'd prefer to share just the legs you want to offer (for example, empty/repositioning legs), create a separate calendar for those:

1. 1Make a new calendar in Apple Calendar (e.g., "SkyAccess – Available Legs").
2. 2Add only the flights you want to share to that calendar.
3. 3Make that calendar public (Part 2) and send us its link instead.

• •Note: whether FOS can route only specific trips into a separate calendar depends on your setup — your FOS admin can advise. When in doubt, the simplest path is to share the full feed; we only surface what's relevant.

Troubleshooting

• •FOS calendar doesn't appear in Apple Calendar: re-check that iCalendar Sync is on in FOS and that Calendars is enabled for iCloud on the device.
• •No "Public Calendar" option: the calendar may be stored only on your device rather than in iCloud. It must live in iCloud to be shareable.
• •Version too old: if your FOS or ARINC app is below the versions above, ask Portside/FOS support to update, or ask us about a simple schedule export instead.
• •On Avianis, not FOS? Avianis has a built-in iCal feed in the Client Portal — ask us for the Avianis version of this guide; it's even quicker.
