Calendar & scheduling feeds
Other (ICS)
Any ICS calendar feedSyncs every 15 min
If your scheduling software isn't listed, SkyAccess accepts any standard iCalendar (ICS) feed. As long as your system can export a calendar subscription URL, you can connect it.
Paste the ICS URL into each aircraft in Fleet; for proprietary or non-standard feeds, Field Mapping (with an AI suggestion tool) lets you define how events map to routes and times.
How to connect Other (ICS)
Connection method: Generic ICS calendar URL — from any scheduling system that exports a calendar feed.
What you'll need
- A full ICS subscription URL from your scheduling system.
Connect during registration
- 1In the registration flow, open Sync your schedule.
- 2Select Other iCalendar (ICS).
- 3Paste the URL when prompted, then continue with registration.
Add per aircraft in Fleet
- 1Open Fleet and click the aircraft.
- 2Go to the Calendar tab and paste the ICS URL into the Availability Feed URL field.
- 3Click Preview to check that events are loading.
- 4If your feed uses a custom structure that SkyAccess doesn't recognise, open Field Mapping and define the rules for origin, destination, and departure time. The AI suggestion tool can help — click it after loading sample events.
- 5Turn on Enable Calendar Sync and click Save.
Generic ICS feeds sync automatically every 15 minutes. Custom field mapping is usually only needed for proprietary or non-standard calendar exports.
